Research in this portfolio focuses on the biological, psychosocial and structural causes of inadequate sleep, and its consequences, with a view to improving sleep health for people at all stages of life. Although the primary focus is on Aotearoa/New Zealand, this research also advances broader scientific knowledge and has international relevance.
